Accomplishments:

  • Party Room remodel: Completed! Check it out! What a transformation. Special thanks to Ric, Steve Morkrid, Terry Zila and the Party Room committee Bill Theobald, Melissa Burrows, Tim Hilger and Daniela Hofer. To rent the room contact Ric/Brandon. Rental fee is $30 plus $100 security deposit.

In the works:

  • Website redesign – chair Melissa Burrows.
  • House numbering for 2 bedroom (front and back) and 3 bedroom townhomes (garage side): postponed till spring.
  • Landscaping 5-year plan to be presented at the February board meeting.

Please help:

  • By reporting dangerous/slippery surface situations immediately to staff at Phone 952-544-0477 indicating the exact location.
  • By switching on your outside lights for both security and safety especially in the winter. If they don’t work properly contact staff.
  • By reporting any bugs you see in your condo unit or the building.
  • Due to winter snow conditions, the parking lots have limited parking spaces. If you have a garage, please use it.
